Unless it's a custom order or otherwise stated (e.g. made to order products),  all purchases will be sent out within 3-5 working days upon receipt of your payment. To avoid loss of items or unnecessary delays, please ensure the delivery address you provided is correct.

Once package has been shipped, they cannot be re-called or re-directed. Undelivered items will be returned to us.  We will not be responsible for lost packages shipped due to wrong address provided. 

Re-shipping incurs a S$12.00 fee for postage and handling.
