  • Do you accept custom orders?
Thanks for asking! Unfortunately, I will not be able to accept custom orders, and customisation requests for existing ranges in this season.
  • What is your exchange and refund policy for handmade items?
All items you see on Rags to Peaches are handcrafted individually with much care and love. We pride ourselves in selling items made with the highest standards possible and inspect every one of them before they are despatched. We also take great care to provide all details as accurately as we can. Thus, we can't refund or exchange the item you've purchased if there was a change of mind. Please read all item description, dimensions and other details before committing to the purchase. If you've received your items damaged, please contact us and we'd try our best to resolve the matter. Please refer to our warranty policy for more details.
  • Cancellation: I just made an order but changed my mind!
Cancellations impact small businesses like Rags to Peaches significantly. It would be greatly appreciated if you could take the time to make sure the items added to cart are what you want before checking out. Should you really need to make a cancellation, they are only accepted within 12 hours from the placement of the order, or before the order has been despatched, whichever is earlier. A non refundable cancellation fee of $8 SGD will be imposed for cancellations.
  • Do you offer warranty on your products?
A 3-month warranty is offered for bags above the value of S$80. This applies only to manufacturer's defects and does not cover normal wear and tear and mishandling of the product.
  • What is the turnaround time for handmade products?
The turnaround time depends on the season and volume of projects at hand. The exact turnaround for each handmade product will be stated clearly under the product description. Please read the information carefully before committing to the purchase, as bought items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
  • Can you tell us how Rags to Peaches started?
Both my parents were tailors, and I suppose that's how my love for sewing started. I trained in London when I lived there for a year, but my biggest inspirations are from my travels around Japan. I started sewing because I fell in love with Japanese craftsmanship and its thoughtfulness in design. This concept of Omotenashi (おもてなし) is what I strive towards in my work ♥️
